Does Stockra work with multiple locations?+
Yes. Starter covers one location, Growth covers up to three, and Pro is unlimited. Stock levels sync per location straight from Shopify.
How do I get started?+
Install Stockra from the Shopify App Store and your current products, variants, locations, and inventory levels sync from Shopify automatically. Then add suppliers, set reorder points, and review forecasts.
How does billing work?+
Everything is billed through Shopify, on your existing Shopify invoice. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin — no separate account needed.
Do you charge based on revenue or order volume?+
No. Plans are priced by features and locations, not by revenue or order count. The only way your bill changes is if you change plans.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days with full plan features. The trial starts when you install, and billing is handled through Shopify after the trial ends.
Can I switch from another inventory app?+
Yes. Because your products and stock levels live in Shopify, they appear in Stockra as soon as you install. Open purchase orders or historical data from a previous tool may need to be exported or recreated separately — email us if you'd like help.
