Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Stockra, an inventory management application for Shopify operated by Scurix. By installing Stockra, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Stockra provides inventory tooling — alerts, purchase orders, forecasting, stocktakes, bundles and reports — on top of your Shopify store's data. Forecasts and reorder suggestions are estimates, not guarantees; purchasing decisions remain your responsibility.

3. Billing

Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system at the flat monthly rate of your chosen plan. Plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; Shopify handles proration per its billing terms.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of your store's data. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Upon uninstall, data is deleted per that policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other merchants' data, resell the service, or use it in violation of Shopify's terms or applicable law.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@scurix.com; we aim to reply within one business day but do not guarantee response times.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scurix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or inventory decisions made based on forecasts. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may terminate at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scurix is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or merchant protections in your own jurisdiction apply.
