How does the free trial work?+
Every plan starts with 14 days free, with full plan features. Shopify handles billing — you're only charged after the trial, and you can cancel any time before.
Is billing handled through Shopify?+
Yes. Charges appear on your existing Shopify invoice — no separate account or card on file with us. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Shopify prorates automatically, so you're only ever charged for the plan you're on, for the days you're on it.
Which plan do I need for multiple locations?+
Starter includes 1 location, Growth supports up to 3, and Pro supports unlimited locations. A location is any Shopify location that holds stock — a warehouse, a retail store, or a 3PL.
Are reports included?+
Yes — inventory reports and CSV exports are included on every plan, starting with Starter.
Will my price go up because I sell more?+
No. Plans are priced by features and locations, not by revenue, GMV or order count. The only way your bill changes is if you change plans.
